- 아지트에서 의뢰 보고를 마친 바렛타가 갑자기 습격을 받는다. 쓰러트린 한 명으로부터 자신에게 상금이 걸렸다는 사실을 알게 되고, 포위망을 피해 월드 플리퍼로 향한다. 별을 보는 마을에 도착하고, 하늘을 올려다본 바렛타는 "……좀 더 하늘이 가까울 거라고. 그렇게 생각했어……"라며 꿈에 그리던 것을 만끽한다. 스텔라에게 여기에 있게 해달라고 부탁하고 허락을 받는다.
- 스텔라가 슈터가 된 이유를 묻자, 인턴 시절에 규정 위반을 해서 어린이의 목숨을 구한 후에 라브와 만나 슈터가 된 추억담을 늘어놓는 바렛타. 라브의 재능에 뒤처지지 않도록, 히어로 놀이를 계속하기 위해 사선을 넘나들며 몸도 개조한다. 힘들고 후회도 많이 했지만, 이 석양에 후회가 모두 녹아 사라졌다며 하늘을 올려보았다.
- 라이트와 마을을 방문한 바렛타는, PBC가 "하늘 광고판에 구멍을 뚫은 히어로"라고 선전하며, 극장판까지 만드려고 한다는 것에 분개하고, 킹 존슨의 장갑차를 급습한다. 나와 함께 끝나지 않는 전설을 만들지 않겠나? 라고 하는 킹 존슨의 권유를 거절하고, 영화 중지도 약속받는다. 별을 보는 마을에서 라이트에게 싸운 보수에 관해 물어보자 "친구와 밤하늘을 바라보는 권리면 돼"라고 답하고, 밤하늘로 날아올랐다

반드시 얻고 가야 하는 5성으로 제일 많이 언급되는 캐릭터. 계속 조금씩 푸시되던 파워 플립이 바렛타가 나옴으로 해서 화룡점정을 찍었다고 볼 수 있다.
바렛타는 모든 능력이 파워 플립을 밀어주는 형태다. 리더 특성은 본인이 리더를 서서 파워 플립해도 강력한 사양이지만 AI가 못 다루는 사격 플립이라 자동으로 굴리면 효율이 떨어지니 수동조작할 것.
스킬인 헤븐즈 토치는 수직선상으로 연타형 레이저빔을 쏘는 공격.
바그너의 염가버전으로 보이지만 바그너와는 비교도 안 되는 고평가를 받는 스킬로 콤보 수급하기 좋고 파워 플립 버프도 주는 알뜰하고 강력한 스킬이다. 웨이트까지 가벼워 같은 공격 방식을 쓰는 바그너를 나락으로 떨궈버렸다. 또 바그너처럼 스킬을 쓸 때 위치고정까지 되기 때문에
베론이나
파르체,
사마사 등의 스킬로 대미지존을 둘러놨을 때 고정해 주면 콤보와 딜을 동시에 챙겨갈 수 있다.
어빌리티 중 특기할만한 건 2, 3인데 이 중, 어빌리티 2의 관통 효과 자체는 플립시 사라지기 때문에 파워 플립시에는 도움은 되지 않는다. 대신 20 콤보 이상을 쌓아 10초간 파워 플립 대미지가 증가하는데 몬스터가 많아서 부딪히다가 효과가 끝난 뒤 플립을 하게되는 상황을 관통으로 방지하는 것. 그런데 여기에 부유 효과를 더하여 꺼지지 않는 관통으로 콤보를 안정적으로 계속 쌓는 것도 가능하다. 이 효과 하나만으로 콤보가 중요한
실티덱에 기용되기도 한다.
3의 경우는 파워 플립 Lv3에서 조금만 더 콤보를 보태면 파워 플립 대미지가 엄청나게 증가한다. 40 콤보를 넣은 바렛타가 줄 수 있는 최고 능력치는 리더인 경우 공격력 70%에 파워 플립 490%이고 메인일 경우 파워 플립만 450%다.
리더로는 다소 아쉽다. 제일 큰 문제는 사격 플립이라 파워 플립이 정체성인 캐릭터인데 자동으로 돌리면 그 정체성을 봉인당하는 수준으로 못 쓰기 때문. 수동 조작시에는 조준 문제가 해결되므로 리더로 쓰기 좋다.
[1] 특히 어지간하면 2렙 파플 한 번 쏘면 즉시 2렙 파플이 충전이 되는 마천루의 마더 라브 같은 경우 손맛이 좋다는 평을 많이 받았다.
리더는 플레이에 따른 조건을 심하게 타지만 그 외에는 파워 플립덱이라면 2, 3열 메인이나 유니존에 반드시 들어가게 된다. 스킬과 어빌리티로 인해 파워 플립 데미지가 상당히 강력해진다. 높은 수치로 인해 파워 플립이 주력이 아닌 덱도 자리가 비어있으면 채용할 정도로 상당한 가치를 지닌다.
유니존에 넣으면 막강한 어빌리티 3의 이점을 못 봐서 손해가 막심하다고 생각할 수도 있지만 바렛타를 유니존에 넣는 개념은 바렛타를 유니존에 넣어 손해를 본다기보단 비어있는 자리에 바렛타를 넣음으로서 보조 딜링과 콤보를 챙기겠다고 생각하며 넣는 거라 오히려 이득인 부분이다.
등장과 동시에 파워플립 메타를 열어젖히며 초창기 월드플리퍼를 이끌었던 캐릭터로, 1주년을 전후로 스킬덱 메타가 찾아오기 전까지 베론 이상 급의 인권캐릭터로 군림했다. 현재는 파워플립을 주력으로 하는 속성 중 화/수/풍 3개 속성이 컨셉을 확실히 잡고 6속성 공명 구성으로 고정되는 양상을 보이며 해당 속성들에선 힘이 빠진 편이다.
[2] 화속성은 콤보감소로 3레벨 플립을 난사하는 것, 수속성은 혼신과 피버가 결합된 초살덱의 양상, 풍속성은 콤보 부스트.
다만 아직도 발사대를 사용하는 뇌속성과 암속성, 그리고 본진인 광속성에서는 여전히 절찬리에 사용되고 있다.
여하튼 유무 자체가 파워 플립덱의 전투력에 막대한 영향을 미치기 때문에 그야말로
라키샤와
베론에 맞먹는 우선도를 자랑하는
월드 플리퍼 최강의 통상 인권 캐릭터 중 하나. 없으면 아쉬운 대로
호플을 써도 되겠지만 관통 지원에다 딜량 곱빼기가 천지 차이라 결국 바렛타가 필요해진다. 여기에
세라까지 뽑았다면 초기 베론과
샤 스스로 대표되는 관통덱 편성처럼 모든 속성에 사용되는 강력한 파워 플립덱이 구성 가능해진다. 거기에 베론이나
롤프, 그게 힘들면
라나를 끼워두면 관통이 되므로 검사 리더로 엄청난 딜링이 가능해진다.
일섭 기준으로 많은 인플레이션이 지나갔음에도 여전히 사랑받는 위엄을 보여주고 있다. 같은 인권캐, 리세 필수캐릭으로 불리던 베론, 샤스스, 심지어 라키샤까지 확실히 한풀꺾인 것에 비해서 바렛타는 여전히 여러 파플팟과 광파플에 채용되고 있다. 광파플 최고 존엄인 유성제 유웰의 서브에도 일단 바렛타가 한자리 받고 파티가 짜여지는 것만 봐도 바렛타의 독보적인 서포팅 능력을 능가하는 인플레 유닛이 아직 나오지 않았다는 것을 알 수 있다.
