ak+q는 [[미국]] [[텍사스]]의 작곡가이다. 드물게 미국 출신 작곡가들 중에서도 [[동인 음악]] 분야에서 활동하고 있다.

[[아트코어]], [[드럼 앤 베이스]], 브레이크코어 등 다양한 장르를 쓰며, [[Arcaea]]의 메인 사운드 디자이너로 활동하고 있다.

어떤 이유에서인지 최근들어 아무런 활동이 전혀 없는 상태이다.
