무더운 여름에 어울리는 에너지 넘치는 곡! 프니엘의 ‘THAT GIRL’

2017년 4월, 비투비가 데뷔 이래 첫 멤버들의 솔로 디지털 싱글 프로젝트 [Piece of BTOB]를 선보인다. 지난 열 번째 미니앨범 [Feel’eM]의 타이틀 곡 ‘MOVIE’로 많은 사랑을 받으며 성황리에 활동을 마무리한 비투비가 각 멤버들의 개성 넘치고 다양한 매력을 보여주려 매월, 한 멤버씩 솔로 음원을 발매한다.

[Piece of BTOB] 세 번째 타자는 비투비의 카리스마 넘치는 래퍼 프니엘이다. 이번 솔로 곡 ‘THAT GIRL’은 강렬한 에너지의 신시사이저 사운드로 가득 채워진 신나는 곡이다. 이 곡은 여름이 가진 계절 특유의 시원하고 기분 좋은 느낌을 그녀에 빗대어 풀어낸 프니엘만의 감각적인 가사가 인상적이다. 또한 ‘THAT GIRL’에서는 기존에 보여주던 그의 매력적이고 독창적인 랩은 물론, 기존에는 보기 어려웠던 프니엘의 보컬도 함께 들을 수 있어 프니엘의 새롭고 다양한 매력을 한껏 느낄 수 있다. 또한 지난 3월 말, 첫 개인 사진전 [PENOGRAPHY]를 열만큼 사진에 대한 열정과 실력을 이번에도 발휘하여 커버 이미지를 직접 촬영한 사진으로 작업을 했다. 무더운 여름 프니엘의 애정과 정성이 듬뿍 담긴 ‘THAT GIRL’과 함께 시원한 여름을 보낼 수 있기를 기대해본다.
