2020년 12월 14일 선수단 전원이 [[Virtus.pro/배틀그라운드|Virtus.pro]]에 인수됐다.

2022년 2월 [[러시아-우크라이나 전쟁]]으로 PUBG 이스포츠 동유럽 지역의 경기 진행이 중단되고, 러시아 지역 팀들에 대한 제재 및 완화 규정이 적용되자,[* 러시아 지역 팀은 러시아 국가와 관련된 문구나 상징이 붙으면 PUBG 주관 모든 대회에 출전할 수 없다. 그러나, 중립 팀의 자격으로 제한 사항 등을 준수하여 PUBG 이스포츠 대회에 참가할 수 있다.]  Virtus.pro 팀이 이 규정에 대한 대책으로 Northern Lights의 이름으로 G-LOOTS, PCS 6 Europe 대회에 참가하기로 결정하였다. 따라서, 2022년에는 Northern Lights의 이름으로 Virtus.pro 팀을 만나볼 수 있다.

2022년 7월 22일 Virtus.pro가 해체하게 되면서 재창단되었다.

2022년 10월 10일 Twisted Minds 구단 측에서 Northern Lights를 인수하며 선수 전원 Twisted Minds로 이적하게 된다.
