닌텐도 3DS 용 턴제 시뮬레이션 게임으로 Commando, Sniper, Recon, Engineer, Gunner, Medic의 6가지 클래스를 사용할 수 있다.

러시아의 국수주의자 유리 트레스카예프를 쫓는 내용이며, 37개의 싱글플레이 미션과 10개의 멀티플레이 미션을 제공한다.[* 본 작과의 연결고리는 거의 없는 것으로 보인다.]

여담이지만, 닌텐도 3DS 최초의 턴제 시뮬레이션 게임이다.

제작자는 한때 꽤 유명했던 90년대 원작 [[엑스컴 시리즈]]의 제작자인 줄리언 골롭.
